This article discusses how a better-translated Confucius could help the contemporary Western reader to absorb his message, and the limited progress made so far by English translations of the LY in presenting Confucius as a personality, with very interesting illustration.

5. The Analects of Confucius 論語, translated by A. Charles Muller, beautiful online format with good paragraph by paragraph discussion. The same website contains also his translation on Great Learning 大學, Doctrine of the Mean 中庸, Mencius 孟子, Daode Jing 道德經, Zhuangzi 莊子 (Chapters 1-2).
